There are instances when a manufacturer asks us (and other Authorized Dealers) not to advertise certain items on our website, even though we sell them in our store.  There are also situations where manufacturers request their Authorized Dealers not to list their actual selling price for certain products but rather to list the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price. At LTR Sports, LLC. we always do our best to honor these manufacturer requests but are nevertheless committed to offer the best prices we can to our customers. If there is a product that you are interested in and wish to verify our actual lowest selling price on a Minimum Advertised Price product, please create an account on our website.  Once an account is created, put the item in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout area.  When you are prompted for a form of payment, please select "Request a Quote".  You will receive a quote for your items, or we may contact you if we need more information. LTR Sports, LLC. collects and remits sales tax based upon the delivery address for the product.  Here are four examples:
  1. Stop by our shop, and pick up your item (2.9% State of Colorado, 2.0% Mesa County, 2.75% City of Grand Junction) for a total of 7.65%
  2. If we ship to an address located in Grand Juntion, (2.9% State of Colorado, 2.0% Mesa County, 2.75% City of Grand Junction) for a total of 7.65%
  3. If we ship to an address located outside of Grand Junction, but still in Colorado: Colorado State Sales Tax, currently 2.9%
  4. Address located outside of Colorado: No Sales Tax Charged.
If you have Resale or Tax Exempt status, please set this up with us in advance.  We can create your account as "Tax Exempt" when you provide us the proper documentation.  Please email a copy of your certificate to sales@ltrsports.com

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department at 970-257-7678 or sales@ltrsports.com We offer a 14 day "no questions asked" return / exchange policy on any merchandise purchased at LTRSports.com.

All returns must be pre-authorized and must be in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.  Please save your receipt as a record of your purchase. All returned goods MUST be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.

After receiving authorization from us, please return your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to LTR Sports, LLC. freight-prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product(s). Sorry, LTR Sports, LLC. cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Returns should be addressed as follows:

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are shown to be defective in manufacture (as decided by the manufacturer):

  1. Opened containers of liquids.
  2. Educational DVDs.
  3. Tapes and Books once opened.
  4. Blister-packed items once opened.
  5. Original manufacturer software once opened.
  6. Special Order merchandise.
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

If your item is shipped to you, and the container looks damaged, please "Refuse Shipment".  The item will be returned to us for inspection.

Upon receipt of your products, please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one (1) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event of products received damaged in delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier.

If any of the above conditions are not met, LTR Sports reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 25%, at our sole discretion. Refunds on returned items which were paid by money order or check will only be made by company check after a 30 business day waiting period.

The duration of the various manufacturers’ warranties varies from company to company and from product to product. Please see the actual manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with your product for details. Pre-Owned Product Warranty: All pre-owned products are sold "as-is" with no warranty. THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY LTR Sports, LLC. LTR Sports, LLC. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. On occasion, items do sell out. If an item is sold out, it will display "Out of Stock" next to the product image on the full product description page. On very rare occasions, even when an item is in stock at the time on order is placed; it might become back-ordered due to too many people placing orders at one time. If this is the case, and you have placed an order, you will receive an email alerting you that this item is back-ordered. We place immediate orders with the manufacturer to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Please be assured that we do our best to obtain these for you as quickly as possible.

Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email. Packages / Kits ...

Packages and Kits contain multiple items offered together at a discounted price. Purchasing multiple units of a Package or a Kit that features a mail-in rebate may yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per customer" provision). If you wish to return a Package Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE Package within the specified return period from the date of purchase. Components within a Package may be returned for replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for replacement if a Return Authorization number is acquired within the Standard Return period. Please note: In most cases a Package/Kit discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ substantially from the price if you purchased it individually.

Orders received before 2pm mst, for products in stock are packed and shipped that same day.  Delivery and the shipping charges will depend upon the shipping option selected during checkout.  During checkout, you may choose to have your item shipped to you via UPS, or select In Store Pickup.

Option 1, UPS (negotiated rate offered to everyone!)  Any Customer may take advantage of our negotiated rate with UPS. Shipping is based upon a real time rate quote from UPS.  During checkout, the rate will be quoted, and if the order is ok, you may continue with checkout.

Option 2, In Store Pickup. Stop by and pickup your new purchase!  We are located at 2470 Patterson Road, Unit #3, Grand Junction, CO  81505

Note: If during checkout, the system prompts; "We will confirm shipping charges before sending." this means the order will require a special quote.  You can either call our customer service at 970-257-7678, or you may proceed with the order.  If you choose the latter, we will call you to confirm the shipping amount, and approximate delivery time.

Your account may have multiple ship to addresses.  The ship to address that is selected as the default is used during the checkout process.  You can modify your account information including adding or changing the default shipping by selecting "Account" in the upper right of the store.  At any time during the checkout process BEFORE you actually confirm the order you may change the default ship to address.  Once you change your ship to, you may return to your cart by selecting "Cart".  It may be easier for you to have multiple login accounts for each ship to address.  That is fine with us.  One advantage of doing it this way is that the order history is kept by account.
